Paul Stanley is a 1978 solo album from Paul Stanley , the rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist of American hard rock  band Kiss the  album reached #40 on the US billboard  album chart.All Music  gave the album 3 stars out of 5 and said that it is the most "Kiss-like" out of all the Kiss solo albums. It was generally regarded as the second best of the solo albums, following Frehley's.
